Tonbridge (TN18)
The TN18 postcode area is located in the Tonbridge postcode town region, within the county of Kent, and contains a total of 408 individual postcodes.

TN18 is a postcode district in the Tonbridge district of Kent, England. The post town for the district is Tonbridge and covers the Eyhorne Street area, Hildenborough, and parts of Five Oak Green, Staplehurst and parts of Matfield.
TN18 is bordered to the north by TN12 and by TN15 and TN16 to the southeast. TN19 covers part of its southwestern edge.
Haldenborough, covered by the TN18 postcode, is a small village with an ancient history. Archaeological records show it was populated as far back as the Bronze Age, with evidence of field systems and occupation in the Iron Age and Roman periods. Remains of a Roman villa have been found in the area.
Five Oak Green is located within the TN18 postcode district, seven miles south of Tonbridge. It was first recorded in the 12th century, and today this rural village has plenty of green spaces and a local wildlife reserve, the Quarry Wood.
The historic market town of Staplehurst is also within TN18. First recorded in the Doomsday Book of 1086, it offers views of Kent countryside and is home to the Hodue Wildlife Trust, operated by Kent Wildlife Trust.
The TN18 postcode district covers parts of Matfield, a village in the Kent Weald with an uninterrupted history since at least the 13th century. Its listed buildings include a Grade II former windmill, and St Matthew's Church, which dates from the 12 century.
TN18 has yet to acquire a designated boundary, unlike TN19. In the future, additional area may be added to the TN18 postcode district in an effort to make the postcode system more efficient.
