The area is served by a number of transportation links. The nearest train station is at Lynn, and there are regular bus services to nearby towns and cities. The main roads in the area are the A149 and the A10, both of which provide direct access to Hunstanton and King's Lynn in the east.

The area is largely rural, surrounded by beautiful fields and woodlands. It is home to a wide variety of wildlife, both large and small. The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) manage several reserves in the area, including the Snettisham Nature Reserve, which is home to a large breeding population of migratory wildfowl.

People living in the district have access to a number of leisure facilities including a golf club at Heacham, and a sailing club at Hunstanton. There are plenty of local restaurants and pubs, as well as a variety of shops and other outlets. The area also has a number of popular tourist attractions such as the Wash Science Discovery Centre in King's Lynn and the fascinating Hunstanton Heritage Centre.

PE36 is a beautiful, diverse and vibrant postcode area in the Peterborough district of England. It serves an interesting mix of people, and provides plenty of opportunities for residents and visitors alike.
