Great Holme is largely suburban housing with a variety of properties ranging from modern established homes to period cottages. It includes The Plough, a traditional public house and the The Woolpack pub based in a former 19th Century coaching inn.
Leadenhall is a small, predominantly rural, settlement lying amongst the attractive countryside to the East of Willen Lake. It is made up of pretty stone houses, cottages and farms and is served by the local village shop and post office.
Willen Park is centred around the popular Willen Lake and is home to the National Model Railway Exhibition Centre, a museum and museum café. It includes various outdoor activities and events, such as a natural playground for children, mini golf, ten pin bowling, and a Splash Pool.
Finally, the MK3 postcode is also home to RB mk Stadium, an 11,000 capacity stadium which is the home ground for Milton Keynes Dons Football Club. The stadium includes a sports hall, an education centre, a leisure centre and a hotel.
