It is close by to the infamous Alexandra Palace and Wood Green shopping centre, with a wide range of designer outlets and restaurants. The area is also known for its range of excellent Primary and Secondary Schools, ensuring quality education for its residents.

The closest tube station is Highgate, with connections to Kings Cross Station, making N10 very easy to get to. There are also some excellent bus services in and around the area, taking you to the centre of London in no time.

N10 is becoming an increasingly popular place to live thanks to it being assumed to be an affluent area. It contains many new builds which feature a range of luxurious apartment blocks and houses. Residents like the area for its close proximity to the city, its classic suburban charm, and its vibrant culture.

Crime levels in N10 are generally low, however it is rated above average when it comes to violence and sexual offences. It is seen to be quite a safe area, especially around Muswell Hill which is considered to be very affluent. The area is also becoming safer with the addition of smart street lighting and CCTV. All in all, N10 is considered to be a tranquil, yet modern part of London with something for everyone.
