L14 is well-connected with excellent transport links, allowing residents to easily access the city centre via bus or rail. There are a number of schools in the area, making it an ideal place for families to live and work.

The postcode contains a diverse mix of property types, from modern apartments, historic terraced houses to more modern developments. It has a high percentage of housing which is owner occupied which adds to the appeal of living in the area.
