The postcode district is served by several transport routes, including buses, Linx buses, and mainline rail. The nearest station to the postcode district is Wainfleet, located in Wainfleet All Saints. Wainfleet railway station is served by trains operated by East Midlands Railway on the Nottingham to Skegness line.

Within the postcode district, popular places of interest include Wainfleet Church, St John the Evangelist church, Church of Saint Mary and All saints, and, for the outdoor enthusiast, Wainfleet Bog Natural Nature Reserve.

The postcode district includes three primary schools, Wainfleet C of E Primary Academy, Wainfleet All Saints Academy, and St Mary's Catholic Primary School. St George's Academy and Skegness Grammar School provide comprehensive secondary education for the district.

The postcode district includes many local businesses and amenities, including post offices, food shops, pubs and restaurants, cafes, retail stores, leisure centres, libraries, and churches. Additionally, it has its own historic market square which hosts a regular market, including a popular Sunday market.
