WV13 has a wide range of leisure and entertainment options. Wolverhampton Racecourse is located in the district and is a popular place for a variety of sports and special events. East Park is home to a variety of sports and leisure centres, including ski activity and crazy golf. The neighbourhood of Fallings Park is home to the Fallings Park Library and a variety of clubs, pubs, shops and restaurants.

In terms of healthcare, there is the Fallings Park Medical Centre which offers a range of general practice services and also provides walk-in appointments and evening surgeries. Additionally, there are a number of private clinics and dental services nearby.
