The area has good transport connections and is served by the A340 and A339 roads. The nearest railway station is at Bramley, which is on the Waterloo to Reading line and is approximately 4.5 miles away. The nearest airports are Southampton and London Heathrow, both approximately 50 miles away.

There are a variety of local amenities available in the area including shops, pharmacies, churches, a post office, pubs, hairdressers and a mobile library. Primary and secondary schools are also available in the area, and the nearest college of further education is Reading College, approximately 17 miles away.

RG26 is a great place to live, with its countryside surroundings, good transport links and local amenities. It is a peaceful area and its tranquil countryside lends itself to outdoor activities including walking and cycling. It is a great location for families looking for a quiet and safe place to live.
