Early road notice that left lane only goes left and rifht lane goes straight

The issue here is that you sit in 15min of traffic before the road tells you that the left lane goes left, and the right lane goes right. The sign is so far forward its too late to change lanes. Due to the gridlock here daily the road sign should be duplicated up on the bridge and the road markings should tell motorists which lane to be in. Currently this is hazardous and not good enough for motorists.

No crossing available for school children

The crossing is currently being worked on and is out of order. School kids crossing the road have no way to cross safely, I have witnessed close misses with traffic today. It is a very busy road and not safe to cross without the lights. Please can a temporary crossing with light be put in place while the work is being done? Many thanks

As you drive up to St Mark's roundabout by the lights on the left hand side there is peace of grass that needs cutting down when trying to pull out of escort road it is hard to see.

The street light was broken during a couple of years ago. It's been a stump ever since with yellow tape around the top, broken and in the ground. It has been on here previously and been removed. Please provide a timetable for removal or resolution - closed previously in Jan 2025

Dangerous cover over dangerous hole
22nd April
The CATV cover right on the corner of A36/Canadian Avenue has sunk at least 20cm leaving a very uneven hole exactly where pedestrians must wait to cross. Someone has left a yellow plastic plate which is itself a trip hazard as the pavement is not flat and it keeps sliding into the A36 and being driven over.

Loss of road surface
18th April
Large area of the road surface is now missing in 2 locations on this stretch. Almost whole of the nearside lane over a large area has been eroded down several inches to leave a dangerous patch of road which drivers are swerving across the road to avoid. Been here for at least 3 months and getting worse each week - wider and deeper. Multiple reports to this site and no action. Please fix it soon.
