Water gushing under drain cover
13th May
There are several drain covers in the pavement opposite Drift Way. One of these marked WO sounds like there is a large amount of water gushing through underneath, it has been like this for some weeks. It is not a normal sound, its like an excessive amount of flow.

Nresolved Road Safety Concern – A419/A429 Roundabout Near Cirencester Office Park (GL7 6JJ)
12th May
It has come to my attention that this issue has been marked as resolved, yet no changes have been made on site. I must stress that the dangerous conditions remain entirely unaddressed, and the misleading signage and road markings continue to create confusion and risk for road users.
In the past week alone, two more colleagues have experienced near misses at this junctionadding to an already worrying pattern. The confusion over lane usage, particularly where drivers from the right-hand lane cut across those using the left lane to go straight, remains a serious hazard. It is not just affecting employees of the business park but poses a daily risk to all drivers using the roundabout.
I respectfully urge the council to reopen the investigation into this matter and to consider the immediate implementation of improved signage, road markings, and clearer lane guidance to prevent a potentially serious collision.

Grass Cutting
9th May
I consulted your grass cutting program for 2025 and saw that the Cirencester area was due to have their visibility cut completed this week. This has not been completed, and I was wondering if you could provide an update as to why it hasn't been completed and when you expect it to be done. The verges on the roundabouts are getting to the level again where the visibility is obscured.
