Nut hill potholes

I can see that assessment has been done of Nut hill as vary parts have paint so I am assuming that a repair is imminent.
If that is the case, I'm surprised that the tarmac in the middle of the road (despite reporting previously to be told no fault) on these two or three sections are not being completely redone as repair after repair has made it so messed up.
