Huge pile of rubbish dumped in layby

Forc2 weeks a burnt our van carrying a large amount of waste was in the layby near hall garth hall. The vehicle has finally been removed but its contents just left in layby! Litter blowing all over including 2 cushions now strewn further up lane. Needs clearing asap we have put up with it for weeks!
