Continuous parking of SUV & Trade vehicles on paving. Very minimal of tarmac laid years ago in wet conditions after paving stones were removed. We have one car always parked on driveway.

I've noticed that the Grade 2 listed building at address 50 Haughton Green, Darlington as installed new UPV downstairs windows. My understand is that planning permission needs to be obtained before this type of work can be carried out on a listed building.
