I was told that this had already been reported back on 26th September. The flooding on the drain is back and now it is also on the very corner of Stanhope road as well as outside our door way. If a car doesn't see it you can't get out without getting drenched.

Traffic lights don’t work properly, 24th September
The traffic lights don’t beep - if someone has a visual impairment how do they know when to cross the road? The lights also only change once there is no oncoming traffic which defeats the object of traffic lights. There may as well just be a crossing if I have to wait for an empty road.
