Disabled and people with push chairs are not able to use the path, 14th November
The path has sunk due to heavy traffic by vehicles using it to get past badly parked cars on the other side. The curb has been pushed level with the road in places and it seems the drain has collapsed. This problem has steadily got worse, even able-bodied people find the slope too difficult to walk on. it makes it dangerous for invalid vehicles and pushchairs. The problem is between the flat's car park and Pease street

Abandoned and Hazardous Trailer on Edgemoor Road, 6th October
I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue regarding an abandoned trailer parked on Edgemoor Road near property number 91. The trailer has been in place for over six months and presents a number of safety and security concerns for the local community.
There have been repeated sightings of children climbing on and jumping off the trailer, which is highly unsafe given its deteriorating condition. The trailer has broken windows and is filled with rubbish, creating an unhygienic environment and posing a significant risk of injury. Furthermore, children have been using the trailer to look into neighboring gardens, infringing on residents' privacy.
This abandoned trailer also raises concerns about facilitating potential burglaries, as it offers easy vantage points for monitoring surrounding properties. Its poor state and the length of time it has been left unattended make it a growing concern for the community.
For these reasons, I kindly request that Darlington Borough Council take immediate action to remove the trailer and eliminate the associated risks.
Thank you for addressing this matter. I prefer to remain anonymous but trust that the safety and privacy of the neighborhood will be taken into consideration.
Yours sincerely, A Concerned Resident

Poor Lighting between Pensbury Street and Huntley St, 24th August
Between Pensbury Street and Huntley Street is pedestrian access. However, when used at night it is completely black. The darker photo attached is taken in night mode whilst the other is with flash.
The ground here is uneven and there is bollards which are not visible at night leading to me tripping and stumbling without a torch.
Either the Lighting needs to be improved here or the trees need cutting back so the limited Lighting that exists can spread better. This is an accident claim waiting to happen.
