For transport, BH2 has a good bus service running around the area, with the main Bournemouth train station being just a few minutes away. The Wessex Way is nearby, running from Bournemouth to Southampton, while Bournemouth Airport is only a thirty minutes' drive away for international connection flights.

The BH2 postcode encompasses some other neighbourhoods, including Boscombe East, Southbourne Overcliff, Holdenhurst Village, Winton and Queens Park. These are mainly residential areas, with some commercial properties, such as pubs, cafes, restaurants, small shops, car dealerships and churches. There are also some beautiful parks in the area, including Meyrick Park and Iford Park.

The area benefits from being close to some of the South Coast's top tourist attractions, such as the New Forest, Isle of Wight and the Jurassic Coast. Bournemouth Airport is close by and Heathrow and Gatwick can be reached via train and are both just two hours away.

BH2 is a great place to visit, with plenty to offer. From shopping, restaurants, eateries, bars and entertainment to parks, beaches and major tourist attractions, the postcode has something for everyone.
