Car park area needs maintenance

The communal car park at the front of the terrace needs the car park lines repainted as completely faded and missing. Car park also needs GM work, bushes overgrown, brambles scratching cars and the drains need clearing as overflow when it rains. We all pay hundreds of pounds to the local authority to have permits to park here so it should be maintained.
