Large hedge obstructing visibility
3rd July
The hedge surrounding the property doesn't enable clear vision of oncoming traffic at the junction. You have to pull out into potential oncoming traffic before you can see it. It's a danger to all road users.

Footpaths overgrown
21st July
Both footpaths in this field are extensively overgrown with nettles, thistles and untended oil seed rape plants. In over twenty years of walking this is without doubt the most poorly maintained footpath I have ever experienced. This, combined with the situation near Dormston, suggests that land owners have complete disregard for public rights of way and the lack of enforcement by the local authority appears to suggest that they have carte btanche to do so.

Footpaths ploughed under
21st July
All the paths in this very large field have been ploughed under, even the ones running along the field edges. Walking is extremely difficult with a high risk of turning one's ankle, or worse, particularly when the ground is as hard and dry as at present. Complete disregard of walkers' public rights by the landowner
