Damaged windscreen
14th May
I wish to make you aware that whilst travelling to Worcester on the M5 at 09:58am on Tuesday 13th May just past the 1 mile to junction 6 signpost, council/highway workers were strimming on the overhead bridge. As I approached the bridge there was an almighty crack noise and I knew the windscreen had been hit by a stone or such object. As there were no vehicles in front of me and I was on the inside lane the stone could only have come from the bridge, the highway maintenance vehicle was parked on the side of the motorway under the bridge. I have pictures of the damage and video footage as well of the workmen and then you hear the noise as the screen gets hit. Im not sure which department I should be contacting so could you please advise as Ive had to pay out 25 excess and now have to take time out of my job to drive to Tewkesbury to the screen repaired.
Regards
Chris

In front of my house on the grass
30th April
This cars and one more that is not parked at the moment are pretty much every day parked on the grass in front of my driveway and in front of my house. Today I struggle to drive away because of this cars parked in here and my son wanted to play football but is impossible because he doesnt have space . The street is empty and the cars should be parked on the street like every other neighbour is disturbing me as is exactly in front of my house and is blocking me sometimes and because my son cant play on the grass.

Wr51nl durham road worcester
28th April
This car has been parking on double yellow lines for over a month and still nothings been done by yourselves. I have reported this Car on most occasions and I dont know why they keep parking on double yellow lines. This needs to be addressed as its in a dangerous spot as I will be going to the papers about this if nothing is done about this car you have traffic wardens that go by Perry Wood primary School which is literally a two minute walk from my address. These traffic wardens can buy tickets on these cars because theyre breaking the law. And I hope to have a response from you about this regards Miss Sharon Thomas.

Dangerous parking
28th February
Both these cars are from the same house, we have parking bays to park of the road, which when this photo was taken were empty. Vehicles turning into colesborne close have no visibility to see cars approaching, and people crossing the road can't see cars approaching, which makes it a danger to everyone.

There are no traffic lights on the junction of the of the Junction 6 M5 on the A4538 Pershore Lane entrance to the roundabout when travelling south from Martin Hussingtree past the 6 ways stadium.
11th November
There are no traffic lights on the junction of the of the Junction 6 M5 on the A4538 Pershore Lane entrance to the roundabout when travelling south from Martin Hussingtree past the 6 ways stadium. Other junction's on the roundabout have traffic lights and therefore this leads to a very small timed gap, and often dangerous, to exit onto the roundabout. During peak times this leads to very, very long delays backed up on the A4538 Pershore Lane, often way past the smaller roundabout causing significant delays. This problem could be resolved with sequencing of the lights adjusted so that they stop the oncoming traffic for a period that allows enough cars to exit and onto the junction - or place traffic lights on all exits / entry to the round about rather than just some.
