Balfour beatty are diging up the road and have some of the road closed. There are no traffic lights set up and they are obstructing the flow of traffic parking lorries across the road and blocking it. please could someone attend and see how this can be improved.

Couple feet wide and about 7/8 inches deep entrance to bluebell inn pub

This pothole has been there a while but has gotten significantly worse over the last few weeks.. in the photos attached you can actually see the different layers of the road and this pothole goes way way below the tarmac itself. This pothole i hit as i was pulling into the pub for a meal and it actually burst my drivers side front tyre so i have had to have that replaced. This was on the 12th of april 2019 at 13:30. Photos were taken at 13:38
