The street is empty and the cars should be parked on the street like every other neighbour is disturbing me as is exactly in front of my house and is blocking me sometimes and because my son cant play on the grass.

13 vehicles parked fully on pavement restricting pedestrians
25th March
There is construction of a new residential home and yesterday and today there were 13 vehicles parked fully on the pavement. This includes vans. The pavement has now restricted pedestrian access. This is the route many parents and primary school children take on the way to North Worcester Primary School. There had been parking tickets given previously, and this stopped the parking, but it is back with even more vehicles. I am concerned that a child may be injured due to this parking by the workers on the construction site.
