12th December
There are two lay-bys on the A44 between Pinvin and Peopleton that have been continuously blocked by HGV trailers for the last eight months. Someone is using these lay-bys as a place to store their trailers. They regularly swap them about. Ive seen as many as six parked as once over the two lay-bys often blocking access for regular road users. Please investigate.

Van parked on the curbside for a week
19th March
This van registration plate LY11GXD has been parked half way up the curb for a week now and is preventing traffic moving freely back and forth, also this isn't supposed to be a car park. I probably think the owner does not want to pay for parking somewhere, but that's just a guess.

Footpath overgrown
leaf and litter strewn
This footpath has got a sycamore sapling growing from behind the lamp post. It is now hindering usage, especially for people on mobility scooters or with prams. The pathway has not been swept for months so the leaves from Autumn have accumulated along the edges and now hold weeds and seedlings which are now taking hold. Litter is also caught up and even though I pick up pieces every time I walk down the path, it is becoming very unsightly. The school also has some responsibility for the rubbish problem as I have seen children shove litter through the fence rather than cross the playground and put it in the bin!
