Building materials left on road

Building materials have been left in front of a house, on the road, while they are working on their property. Unfortunately, this has now been left for several weeks, and injuries and near misses are occurring. I have seen cars skid and show the strain of the impact of going over the pile of materials, as well as swerve into ongoing traffic and towards pedestrians. I myself have been sprayed as I've walked past, which was rather painful in itself and I now have an ear infection as a result of the debris hitting me.

Parking over the footpath

My neighbors and myself have to come down a drive to enter the a5. The person that lives at the end of the drive keeps parking his van over the footpath so we have no clear vision to pull out on to a very busy dual carriage way. We have asked him politely to not park there but unfortunately I can not print what his response was to many swear words. This is an accident waiting to happen. This is supposed to have been a repair, which has resulted in my pushchair getting broken, and myself and my son being scratched up from falling forward while he was in the pushchair! Hes 2 and has complex needs so needs the pushchair! This needs to be repaired PROPERLY as this is NOT a safe drop curb!!
