Variable Speed Limit Electronic sign not always working

The variable speed limit sign on the slip road as pictured for M25 J15 anticlockwise heading towards M4 Wales direction does not always work. I often see the M4 London direction slip road sign showing 'End' whilst the Wales direction sliproad next to it is just blank. Please could this kindly be looked into.

All the verges on Thorney Mill Road

One Verge has been completely cut back there is lots of rubbish and litter. All the grass verges need litter picking, the white gates need cleaning, and all the abandoned cones and highway furniture need collecting from all the verges. The whole length of Thorney Mill Road is covered in pot holes , rubbish.

Huge amounts of litter mud

There is a large amount of litter and mud up the hill from link park to the residential area of Thorney mill Road. Could A) a little pick be arranged on both sides of the road B) mud be removed. Sweeping is just moving the mud around, it also needs to be dug out. Kind regards.

Flodding blocking footway

As soo as there is any rainfall this part of the footway becomes flooded. The result is pedestrians cannot get through and cars splash muddy water all over you if you try. There needs to be a drainage solution here asap.
