Shoddy and illegal parking

This massive gas guzzling SUV parked on the cycle lane and on the pavement, preventing people with buggies and wheelchairs from moving past.
I myself was unable to pass and forced to cross a busy road with my baby - I imagine that people in wheelchairs or other mobility issues would not be able to attempt this.
There were no mitigating circumstances or emergencies, they were viewing a house.

The tree on the highway is hanging over my trees and has killed them, this was reported before and I was told it was going to be cut but it wasnt. It now hangs over more of my trees and into my garden. When the leaves fall my garden is full of them. The tree killing my trees/ hedge has now caused me a major problem. We have had a tree surgeon look at the hedge and he says its not due to age ( the reason its dying) but the tree hanging over it suffocating it.
