Landslip with precarious tree stump at the top
25th February
There is a landslip of mud, about 1.6 metres wide with a precarious tree stump at the top, half way up Barracks Hill, Totnes. ( near the back entrance to Kevics school.) Children and others walk past it and the road is narrow at this point.

Parking on double yellow lines
24th February
Today dates 24/02/25, I previously submitted reports about these vehicles but forgot to submit the dates of these photographs. Issue: This has been an ongoing issue for about 3 years. We are in a constant battle with this cars parking or their alternative vehicle; a white van. Upon numerous occasions, we have had to ask them to move their vehicle into their correct private parking space, but they seem it to be okay for them to park on the double yellow lines, or always parking the back of their van over their permitted parking space, directly causing door accessing issues for two homes. We have noticed that they have previously been given tickets for their parking, but they continue to park incorrectly. Dates of photographs: Black Car: 24/02/25 White Van: 26/02/25

Parking over the permitted parking space
onto double yellow lines
This is another photo in connection to the previous report I made. After numerous occasions of asking this vehicle owner to park correctly in their spot, they still choose to park over the line. This is directly blocking our doorway, making it difficult for us to access our home. We have made numerous reports about this and nothing seems to be happening to fix it.

Parking restrictions are being ignored again. WILLS ROAD TQ9
12th December
Parking restrictions are being ignored again on the yellow lines. Probably not helped by the fact the lines are obscured by leaves. There is also caravans and camper vans with people living in them using our area as their own private toilet! Please can you do some this about it IE sings with NO Camping!!

Parking in a "NO PARKING Mon-Sat 9 am -6pm" zone
23rd October
Parking on Wills Road Totnes has got worse. Parking wardens do not attend anymore and cars parked all along a no parking zone, making access for lorries and coaches difficult. This is an industrial estate not a car park.

Broken manhole cover and pothole
15th November
This pothole is as a result of a broken/faulty manhole cover. Whilst this road already has porr viability at night or when raining it is easy to run over it casting damage to you car, as I did on Monday evening. This portion of the road is riddled with potholes and certainly falls below the standard of road safety in my opinion. I would urge the council to come out and review this section of the street as soon as possible, as this could quite easily cause a more serious accident if it is left and not dealt with. Please act ASAP! It's not safe.
