Garage taking all on street parking

The garage at the bottom of the road are taking up the vast majority of parking on Wrights Lane with customers cars leaving residents with nowhere to park apart from streets away from their houses. This problem is becoming worse and people are now parking on all of the double yellow lines on Wrights Lane.

Overflowing bins
6th February
Bin men can not collect bins as the machine can not lift them so they have left them outside the lockers to get ambushed by seagulls and fox's/cats. This has also caused the lockers to be unusable as the bins are too heavy to be moved. Massive environmental health issue. Most bin lockers are next to kitchens. Days have started becoming prominent.

Blocked drain
23rd January
Can you please come and clear the drain outside 9 St Margarets Road Torquay. I reported the same issue last year and until the road is properly cleared after leaf full season this will be an on going issue. All the tree on the road need lobbing back to reduce the amount of leaf fall each autumn. Please clear ASAP .
