No white lines to tell drivers what it is a crossroads junction .
3rd February
Vehicle park on pavement and on the junction forcing traffic coming out from moorland close and hillside to go half way onto Wrangaton Road to see traffic coming up and down the hill . Pedestrians are forced to go onto the main road because they cant use the pavement . On my bad days because of my disability I have to use my wheelchair and on a few occasions I have had near misses because the inconsiderate drivers take no notice of the 20mph sign . In my opinion this has the makings for a bad accident . Weekend and mornings are the worse times . Theres been times where my passenger has had to get out to tell me its clear to come out onto Wrangaton Road . Please help this parking is definitely a breech of the Highway Code rules .

No entry signs at top of A38 slip road inadequate / faded
30th December
Twice I have been driving home at about 5.30 pm in the dark and someone has turned into the off slip road against oncoming traffic and leading directly onto the wrong carriageway of the A38. I have looked in daylight and the no entry signs are too faded and too high up and clearly are not being seen / noticed.

Rubbish or debris
7th March
There is a blue Jewsons dumpy bag of the verge of the south bound carriageway somewhere here. Plus a lot of other litter/rubbish along this stretch. Fallen off/blown off vehicles - the A38 verges on both carriageways are an increasingly messy sight, and not a good introduction to Devon or the South Hams. It just encourages other people to dump stuff if it is not cleared up !!

Poor management of Health and Safety
25th June
The A38 has been closed at Wranagton in Devon, Our village has 100's of cars every minute going well in excess of the speed limit. It will be lucky if nobody is killed or peoples property damaged in Wrangaton or Bittaford! Surely the Police, Highways England or the contractor has a duty under the Health and Safety at Work Act to provide additional resources to manage this risk?
We have already had an accident on B3213 since the closure a complete lack of joined up thinking by all the bodies involved.

Severe litter problem
18th January
The litter on both sides of the A38 has increased over the past few years.
The highways agency/council has cut away all of the gorse and wildlife coverage but have left all of the residual plastic litter behind.
A litter pick should be instructed to pick up after the idiots who havent yet been trained to place their litter into a bin. Community service hours would be appropriate for the task or those who are spending their time in prison/not working, this is a highly effective way of keeping the litter down in other counties, so may be worth consideration here.
