Set of 3 manhole covers by the Crimchard road sign opposite the turning for glynswood

One of the three manhole covers is rocking badly and when people walk over it makes a loud bang which makes our baby cry a lot when he is settling and sets the dogs off barking along the street. Its getting worse over the last 3 months as it wakes us and the neighbours up as it thuds through the house making it seem as if someone is knocking on the door. The manhole has been having a lot of work being carried out this year inside and the lid has been damaged/ twisted with how its lifted out causing a lot of sleepless nights for us and the neighbours as this is a busy walkway.

People are leaving bagged dog poo where the bin used to be. PLEASE can you find a solution to this issue? I've reported it three times. This will be disgusting in the summer.

Dog mess being left where bin used to be!

I can't believe I'm writing this! I've reported this before when the post of the bin was hung with dog poo bags and suggested either replacing the bin or removing the post. The post was removed but people still keep piling up the poo bags. I'm sorry somebody else has to clear this up.
