Potholes and poor surface

Several potholes between 183 and 187 Greenway Road with badly degraded surface also and then again between 191 and 195. The ride quality through here is now so bad it is necessary to occupy the centre of the lane to bypass all the rough stretches. Not always possible depending on traffic. Please resurface, do not patch again and again.

Advance cycle signal
2nd April
There is an advance cycle green signal so that cyclists who wish to change lanes to proceed up Kingston Road can do so before motor traffic gets moving. In theory! In practice the cycle green changes at the same time as the motor green. Please can this be corrected, as it is unsafe at present, as cyclists would reasonably assume they have right of way to change lanes on seeing the cycle green.

Reflectors not working - light shines out sideways

Streetlights seem bright, but the reflectors are not functioning as although they may be putting out the right amount of luminance, its lighting the trees more than the street.
No visible pavement, road always used for walking - with school nearby, often younger people walking in middle of the road in darkness, lack of street lighting makes it dangerous.

Street light on during daylight hours

As you walk from Kilkenny Car Park over to the bus stop in front of the nursing home, there is a short cut through to Priorswood Road. Along here, one of the streetlights remains on during the day.

Residents on South Street not taking bins in for weeks at a time.

There is 1-2 houses along South Street towards Alma Street that seems unwilling to bring their bins inside for weeks at a time.
This causes me great issues as this area becomes very busy during school pickup and dropoff, and obstructs people in wheelchairs or with buggies etc.
