Tree/hedge branches taking over pavement on Sadler's Mead
Chippenham
Vegetation growing in the College grounds are growing onto the pavement along Sadler's Mead, Chippenham (close to 1 Sadler's Mead). Pedestrians have to walk on the road to avoid. Photos were taken in January and February 2025. The problem will get worse soon, as the branches and vegetation will start to grow more in the Spring and Summer.

Turning head obstruction
18th December
One of our neighbours consistently uses the turning head as a parking space for their own and visitors vehicles and this obstructs other vehicles, including deliveries and ambulances. This is a narrow street, technically single lane and the very same neighbour parks their other vehicles roadside in front of other houses (not theirs) that causes even more obstruction.

The slip way between London Road and Wood Lane to get to Charter School
20th January
There is always lots of dog mess down the slip way. I walk this way from London Road to take my daughter to Charter School.

Potholes at junction have ruined my car. There are no dog waste bins along the river walk adjacent to the sea cadets either. Face masks disguarded around the walking/cycle path it's a disgraceful sight along the river and jubilee acres is getting that way. Street lighting and car park needs sorting and the brambles cut away walking into brakemead as they scratch people's faces drivers miss the brakemead car park as its not marked out clearly I want to see a 20 mph limit introduced in the saddlers mead area and stop disabled people thinking yellow lines don't apply to them
10th July
As above pot holes lack of lighting speed limit to high. No dog waste facilties car park at brakemead over grown causing ASB and rough sleeping

Red van constantly parked in turning spot.
6th February
A large red van pretty much never moved from the turning spot in this road. Believes that the spot belongs to him as it is outside his house. Can make it difficult for parking and deliveries and clogs the street up!

Rocking manhole cover on Westmead Lane
21st June
The state of Westmead Lane is extremely bad and particularly outside Bowles Court which is an elderly peoples' development. The manhole covers in general are very badly potholed around them and one in particular is rocking every time a vehicle of whatever size passes over it. This is causing distress to residents whose properties front Westmead Lane in particular one resident who is recently discharged from hospital and the recovery is being delayed due to the noise.
