Nasty dogs and fencing blocking rights of way

Dogs in yard have attacked me and house owner was very hostile towards myself. Also several fences have been erected blocking right of way along bridal way. I am also aware house owners have prevented access to fishing clubs car park on the yard.

Locked gate on byway

The gate on the open byway has been locked. There is also the yellow object in front of the gate to stop people using it. This is a green lane, used by Trf members and access should allowed at all times.

Al least 8 waste bags of rubbish left littered down the middle of the road when i went for a walk this morning, would be unable to access the road with a car due to this waste. not sure if its been moved yet
