We are the managing agents for Bolters Developement post code SM7 2AL containing Palmerston House. We have been advised that all roads and pavements have been adopted by the local council and are therefore not sure why Surrey Highways consider this to be our clients repsonsiblity.

Suckers from the bottom of the tree are obscuring the view of traffic exiting Glenfield Road causing a road safety hazard.
2nd June
The tree is located outside Papa Johns in Banstead High Street, at the junction with Glenfield Road. Suckers growing up from the base of the tree are now obscuring the view of car drivers exiting Glenfield Road who can no longer easily see traffic approaching them in the High Street. This is causing a road safety hazard to car drivers.

Hi, I have just bought the property on 83a Nork Way, Banstead, SM7 1HN and I have noticed that the grass verge on the pavement is blocking full access to my driveway. Which department do I need to contact to get this resolved? Thank You Phil Stanton

Unsafe and Unwalkable Pavement on Croydon Lane
2nd June
I am writing to raise a concern about the condition of the pavement along Croydon Lane. At present, the path is almost un walkable. In several areas, the pavement is barely visible due to overgrown bushes and vegetation. In addition to this, the surface is extremely uneven and bumpy, making it very difficultand at times dangerousto walk along safely.
As a mother of two with a 5-month-old baby, I find it especially challenging to use the pavement with a buggy. The overgrowth and narrow, broken pathway mean that walking safely as a family is virtually impossible. At some points, its only passable in single file, and often, we are forced to step into the road to get past. This is clearly not safe for pedestrians, especially for families with young children or those with mobility issues.
I would greatly appreciate it if the council could assess the condition of the pavement and take the necessary steps to clear the overgrowth and repair the surface. Ensuring it is safe and accessible

Road closure
30th May
This road has been closed since around 10 March and due to reopen in the next few days. I now see that it is due to close again in June. Why could not these works have happened at the same time to avoid inconvenience to local road users. There is a limited number of road options around here and a lack of focus on road users from Surrey Council when allowing work to be done has happened yet again

Trees on the road 'The Drive
All of the trees have large amounts of foliage at the base of each tree. This is making it dangerous pulling onto 'The Drive' as they are blocking views of the road. Picquets Way children being dropped off and picked up from The Beacon School and cannot see what traffic is coming as you pull onto 'The Drive'.

Overgrown Hedgerow blocking safe exit from Cuddington Park Close on to Banstead Road. Dangerous turning left and right. View is impaired.
30th May
When turning out of Cuddington Park Close on to Banstead Road the hedgerow is blocking safe exit due to overgrown branches significantly sticking out. It is particularly difficult when coming out of the turning to see safely when turning right to go down Banstead Road. It impairs the view of oncoming traffic when turning left and right. It is dangerous for smaller vehicles/small cars. This issue needs to be resolved as soon as possible please. It is dangerous.
