Building work and trees narrowing bridle path

Building work including scaffolding and trees have made the bridle path at the back of hunters field farm extremely narrow and dangerous to pass. Please can the trees be cut back this is too narrow, the houses will have a fence soon, how are we supposed to pass with horses safely?

Trees blocking bridle path

The recent building work making new houses at Huntersfield, where there are Heras fencing panels and scaffolding in the bridle path including, rubbish left by builders on bridle path has made it very narrow to ride down with horses. The trees are overgrown and the gap is extremely narrow and dangerous. Riders are getting caught on the fencing.
