Outside number 53 Newminster Road - sacks left on the pavement have been ripped open and food waste and rubbish are across the pavement. This is the second time in a few weeks that this has happened in that area. This is a school street and children and carers have to walk through it or step in the road.

My sister found a deceased Fox in the road(London Road A237) next to The Grange Pub, Hackbridge. She has moved it to the opposite side of the road onto the grassed area so it's out of view for those that would possibly be upset to see & mindfully wrapped the Fox in a towel, for the sake of any school children as she's aware that parents will be taking their kids to school in the morning.

overflowing and no lid
Bin with no lid overflowing with rubbish, left out on pavement for over 2 weeks, making it difficult for mobility scooters to pass. Foxes and over 20 crows plaguing the area and congregating around their bin causing an bio/environmental hazard.
