When approaching from the Southern junction and going straight (continuing on European Way towards Sunderland city centre), there is a green light turn left signal and a non-directional green. When the signal for the Southern-approach junction is non-directional green, the signal for the Northeastern approach from the same junction is also green. This means traffic intending to turn right onto Paul Watson way will proceed along with those going North-East from the Southern junction.
This has been a source of two near misses from unaware drivers just this weekend and a complete oversight of those installing the junction.

Lamp post in car park of veterinary vision

Car park of veterinary vision, lamp post cover is off and has been off for months and big risk to dogs using the vets. Wiring fully exposed and dogs urinate on the lamp post. I believe its been reported in past but never been fixed. Please can you repair this dangerous light. Thanks
