Overgrown hedges across paths
18th September
I was trying to walk my disabled daughter to town in her wheelchair. It was a nice day. I couldn't make it to the designated crossing area due to the overgrown hedges. There was no room on the path for us to get by. I had to cross a busy road with a wheelchair. It's the whole road to be honest The area in the picture is by the fields/bus stop. On the other side of the hill, the hedge is full of huge nettles that you have to avoid too. Again not easy with a wheelchair.

Overgrown Vegetation on Roadabout

This is a very fast roundabout, when waiting to join the roundabout you cannot see traffic already navigating it due to overgrown weeds and wild trees, even worse for pedestrians waiting to cross. For safety this should be maintained regularly like they used to.

The “lit” traffic bollard on the island off the hanchurch roundabout to Newcastle road is dirty

The bollard on the island closest to the roundabout is an internally lit bollard but due to the amount of dirt and grime covering it. It has become very hard to see much of the light shining through at all and it needs cleaning urgently.

Central reservation has recently been strimmed of vegetation however this has exposed vast quantities of detritus which is blowing onto the fuel carriageway . Once vegetation has been removed by contractors , why do they not then remove the detritus ?

Blocking up footpath and road access on a daily basis

The vehicles in the photo are becoming an issue, the 50/50 black and blue wrapped mini, the van belonging to LT Garage doors and the Red VW Golf parked in front of the van reg VO59 VKP
They have a driveway that they are able to utilise but do not use and park all three vehicles on the road
