Damaged steps leading to bridge over A50

Steps which lead to underpass & bridge over the A50 are damaged. I have contacted Stoke on Trent council but they claim that the area belongs to Highways England. The steps are located at the end of Bailey Road, Heron Cross, Stoke-on-Trent. They were constructed to allow the public to cross over the A50 via a bridge because the A50 cut through the area.

Parking Opposite Junction
13th May
These people opposite the bottom of our street keep parking there cars blocking the junction. We are struggling to get in and out as we cant access the correct side of the road, we are having to drive on the opposite side of the road. We dont even have a pull in space available. For example. I have just come in from work, turned to come into the street and there is a car trying to exit. I cant reverse as there are cars behind me and the car trying to pull out cant do so as there side of the road is blocked by the people with their multiple cars/vans when they have drives. This has been ongoing now for at least 4/6 months and they continue to do it. This is happening mainly from the people on Foley Road - House Number 106.

Caravan parked with back end obstructing the road
4th May
Parked caravan in freshly dug out drive, the caravan is too long so they are partially obstructing the path. All residents on this road park their cars on the opposite side of the road due to space. However they are double parking their cars outside the house (number 3) sometimes making it so other cars can't drive down the road and blocking the footpath completely.

Lights underneath A50 roadbridge not working

The lights under the A50 bridge are not working at all on one side and only a few are working on the other (towpath) side. This bridge is very dark when light conditions are low and feels unsafe when walking or cycling under it on either side of the canal. The lights are attached to the bridge sides. This bridge does NOT belong to the Canal & River Trust and the Council have said the lights are not their responsibility either.

Traffic lights constantly on red- lightwood road by longton library

The traffic lights change to red regular even when the pedestrian button is not pressed so the lights are faulty even the timing I believe which leads to build up of traffic in busy times causing a inconvenience so these should be fixed asap as they are pedestrian lights so should only go red when the button is pressed for people to safely cross.

Pedestrian lights being used to control Traffic

These pedestrian lights are being used to control traffic flow. Which it absolute is not doing. People are queuing back down Lightwood Road completely unnecessarily. People are now starting to jump the lights out of frustration. This has been reported numerous times to the Council who claim an inspector is meant to be out looking at the issue. Yet it still continues. These lights are for the use of pedestrians, not to control the traffic. It is dangerous and unnecessary.
