Dangers leylandii
19th February
There is a alley way rear of multiple properties and have extremely dangerous conifers in and around 3 to 5. This will cause alot of damage to surrounding properties, taking alot of moisture from the ground causing property subsidence. The trees are in excess of the height of surround buildings at a guess over up tall each tree. See photos also now pushing the fences over, which could be a council liability to now repair

Parking on double yellow always parked up
21st January
Parking on double yellow around 3pm. Always parked up difficult for cars to get through. From the top of franklyn street to the top of hazelhurst it's madness. Being a resident its hard to get through once took me 20 mins on something that should of taken 5 seconds. People are almost crashing into each other as they don't wanna let others go and it's all because it's always parked up when it shouldn't be.

Illegally Parked Van & Car
28th June
For the past 3 weeks, this large transit van and trailer has been taking up the majority of the street parking. The owner of the van lives at Number 32 Eaton Street. The owner of the Silver Car also lives at 32 Eaton Street. They will move the van and trailer and park the Silver Car in its place until they return and then rearrange the cars so that the van and trailer can return to its space. The people in this house have a total of 6 cars parked in Mynors street on both sides. The van was once issued a park fine but nothing changed. There is no residential parking for the rest of the street, including family visitors who don't want to buy a street permit. The parking of these 2 cars the Van & Trailer and the Silver 4x4 is causing a back log of parking along Mynors street which is then causing Eaton Street residents to have disputes with Mynors street residents over lack of parking and however not much can be done when the van and trailer are taking up what would be 4 car parking spaces.

Overgrown rear entry to houses and litter
30th April
This rear access entry has been overgrown for years and local taxi drivers in between fares dump their food takeaway rubbish in the entrance or on the roadside. I've put several food bags in my bin already since we moved here last November. Eyesore.

Catchpit sump not emptied properly and contents dumped in gutter
20th April
Catchpit sump not emptied properly and contents dumped in gutter. Rained this week and rain has spread the contents along 20 metres of the kerbside gutter covering it in a thick sludge. Have already cleared the edge of the road from leaves and debris a month ago and hosed it clean. It's worse than before now with mud emptied from catchpit.
