Oak tree needing a TPO

The oak tree is a wildlife haven for birds. This tree is an important habitat and one that should be left to grow into it's full potential. Squirrels and many species of birds use the tree. The oak tree is opposite to the property of 'Barroway' , next to the car parking spot.

Potholes

There are 2 large potholes either side of the road. The one on the near side when heading from Bradley to Church Eaton is over 12 inches wide and has got worse over the last few days. There is a further pothole as you head towards Church Eaton, in the middle of the road about 50 yards from the point highlighted.

Very bad road surface

This lane is very narrow and the whole surface is in very bad condition, and is getting to be impassible. this is made worse by 16 wheel lorries, coaches and tractors which regularly use this road.previous attempts to fill this holes have been unsucessful. It does not require patching but complete resurfacing

Disintergrated dangerous surface

This is the Main route from gnosall, Haughton,bradley to penkridge & Wolverhampton & M6.
Coming from penkridge to bradley. turn left at Levedale village buy white bungalow[ signed Bradley] this stretch [ for 200 metres, is dangerously eroded.
I have written to the council, but they have ignored my communication.Ihave come of my bike twice causing damage to myself and the bike. I am looking at legal action, but meanwhile it needs fixing to prevent further incidents.
