Blocked gully

I realise SCC don't act on reoprts on fix-my-street, but neither do they act upon reports via their own web portal.
Initially reported two years ago, and was fobbed off with - there is a road scheme due. Well, the road scheme is nearly complete... the gully has been replaced - but is still blocked. To cap it all, they finished the topping, then planed half of it off the next day, all to be finised with re-laying it again, the next. BUT, the gully is still blocked. Might seem minor, but this means peds going to/from town get splashed when it rains.

No lights on m6

No lighting on the m6 around Stafford is absolutely obscene. It is pitch black and pouring down with rain making it difficult to see anything such as surface water, debris, the bends in road as the road markings are barely visible in these conditions either. In all my years of driving tonight has been the most stressful journey of mine and my families life. Id very much like this report to be logged as a complaint against the no lighting situation. At the very least there should be some lighting for adverse night time weather. I fail to see how this isnt dangerous.

Flooded for months
rats
This flood has not been touched since November 23. It just keeps getting bigger. You can't access anywhere. Why haven't the council drained this and cleaned it up. It'll be there forever at this rate. It's a health risk.
