Evergreen tree's branches need cutting back as overhanging public footpath

Contractors have been out previously but branches not cut satisfactorily and branches have since grown back quickly. Annual spring storms of increasing strength are adding to concerns about the tree and safety for residents at No5 Cooks Bank, which is 12metres from the tree. House was built in 1976 before existing tree was planted (roughly 2002 to replace original walnut tree).

I drive past this layby/pull in every day to and from work and I noticed that this rubbish had been left last night 17/06/2021. It is the 1st pull in on the left when you come off the A34.

Gutters needs cleaning due to mud and weeds
7th January
After unblocking gulleys mud and debris was left, this needs clearing to avoid it being washed down the drain and blocking it up again. Gutters from ST17 0SG (A34) up towards Huntington have weeds growing in them thus hampering clearance of storm water.

Meadow Lane Flooding for 4 weeks now the water is not going anywhere its not a pipe issue but could be a drainage problem, its from the Heavy rain a few weeks ago. Warning signs should be present as its pitch black at night as there arent any street lights

Dog Fouling
10th February
Have reported this problem to council and had contact with Mr John Littleton over nearly 2 years. Have had promises of providing signs for all this time, with consistant excuses with the time delay. I've heard them all. Has not returned my latest emails in 2013, the fouling has got worse. Can anyone out there help. My requests fall on deaf ears. I have 2 dogs and am disgusted at the way certain dog owners flout the law, with no deterent or active participation of the council it all becomes a farce. I bet if it was happening on Mr Littletons doorstep, it would soon be sorted. Gedt somone in that can do what he promises.
