Blocked gully

I realise SCC don't act on reoprts on fix-my-street, but neither do they act upon reports via their own web portal.
Initially reported two years ago, and was fobbed off with - there is a road scheme due. Well, the road scheme is nearly complete... the gully has been replaced - but is still blocked. To cap it all, they finished the topping, then planed half of it off the next day, all to be finised with re-laying it again, the next. BUT, the gully is still blocked. Might seem minor, but this means peds going to/from town get splashed when it rains.

Flooded for months
rats
This flood has not been touched since November 23. It just keeps getting bigger. You can't access anywhere. Why haven't the council drained this and cleaned it up. It'll be there forever at this rate. It's a health risk.

Both sections of the road at the junction cross road junction opposite Paton drive have too many potholes to even be able to avoid. Dangerous road conditions especially at the traffic lights.

On Mustang drive they're many deep potholes causing damage to tyres/wheels and have been getting significantly worse over the past 12 months. Road is regularly used by HGVs

Clattering manholes

I live at the end of Aldbury close, Parkside. There are several manhole covers on the Beaconside road behind me and every vehicle that goes over them makes the loudest crashing noise. The glass in my conservatory shakes. I have cracks appearing. The noise is constant and relentless and is continuing to make our lives a misery. Please please can this be looked into as a matter of urgency because its making me ill. Why cant manholes be put into pavements rather than roads. The manholes that are loose are on both sides of the A513. We have been complaining about this for a few years but its now worse than ever. Its totally unacceptable that we should suffer this amount of continual exceptionally loud clattering.

Lack of road markings causing dangerous near misses

The road markings on the left hand side of the roundabout here are VERY worn to the point where they're almost invisible. This is causing lots of dangerous near misses because despite the southbound exit slip road being very well signposted and marked (there are 10 warnings to stay in the right lane if you are taking the Eccleshall Road exit into Stafford), the actual markings on the roundabout are so worn out that people keep using the left lane, to go straight. As a result of this, I have experienced and witnessed close calls between people driving 'as you would expect to' on the roundabout layout, versus how it's signposted to do so.
This is a serious safety issue and needs to be resolved ASAP.

There have been 2 wheelie bins dumped at the back of the house on the car park in Victoria Street full of rubbish. They have been there for 2 year's and just getting fuller. Would the council remove them.
