I'm trying to report the abhorrent condition of Corporation Street to Stafford County Council. Their website is not fit for purpose which I believe is deliberate, and you can't get through by phone.

Corporation Street should be closed. It's plain dangerous

I work in this street and the potholes now are beyond dangerous. I've reported them to the council and MP but nothing ever gets done. It's no better than a dirt track. One day someone is going to get killed by drivers swerving to avoid the dangers.

Blocked gully
2nd September
I realise SCC don't act on reoprts on fix-my-street, but neither do they act upon reports via their own web portal.
Initially reported two years ago, and was fobbed off with - there is a road scheme due. Well, the road scheme is nearly complete... the gully has been replaced - but is still blocked. To cap it all, they finished the topping, then planed half of it off the next day, all to be finised with re-laying it again, the next. BUT, the gully is still blocked. Might seem minor, but this means peds going to/from town get splashed when it rains.

Flooded for months
rats
This flood has not been touched since November 23. It just keeps getting bigger. You can't access anywhere. Why haven't the council drained this and cleaned it up. It'll be there forever at this rate. It's a health risk.
