Road is covered in debris including stone and excess water due to blocked grids on both sides of the road
12th December
This water keeps freezing and is causing a hazard. The stones are a risk to cars and pedestrians a like, both as a risk of causing a crash or injury. A cyclist or motorcyclist would probably fall off its that bad. Needs doing urgently

Glass debris on both carriage ways on blind cornor and brow of hill - difficult to see
17th October
This morning (17/10/2017) while driving to work at approximately 08:16am I ran over glass debris that spanned both carriage ways. The debris looks to be the result of a vehicle collision and not cleared up.
I'm reporting this incident, as in my experience glass debris from vehicle collisions tends not to be cleared, but it can obviously cause damage to vehicle tyres. I've rang 101 (Derbyshire constabulary) this morning to report it and have been given the incident number 180171017

Dear Sirs, There is a very large pothole on Ashbourne road located approximately 400mm to the left of my property : The former Queen's Arms, Church lane, Rocester ST14 5JZ and approximately 5 metres from the junction with Church Lane. The noise and vibration when the hole is crossed by traffic is unbearable to me and my family and damaging my property. Your swift response would be appreciated. Yours faithfully, Andrew Lewis
