Huge Weeds at the Kerb Edge
17th July
From the Junction of Godley Barn Lane, Travelling up Godley Lane, Continuing up High Street past the Royal Oak Pub onto New Road until you reach the White Lion Pub. All of this section of road has a varying amount of weeds growing in the Kerb Edge. Not only does this affect the draining of surface water but it looks terrible making the village look unkempt & making the villagers feel they are not getting their money's worth from the council tax that is paid !!

Blocked drains

This is a series of blocked drains in the main street in dilhorne. They have been reported last winter and nothing has been done. If they are not unblocked the whole road floods and then freezes causing a great deal of danger and even more damage to the road.
