Obstructed Fire Hydrant

This hydrant is covered by many years of uncleared vegetation. It is right outside our house and Cattery and there are no other water sources available so it is a significant safety issue. It would take fire crews some time to uncover it to gain access in the event of a fire and yet we keep getting told its not a priority!

The flood has caused severe black ice. My car skidded and hit the kerb. I saw. I saw no grit on the road and the flood has been there over a week. Please fix the flooding issue and grit the road.

Pavements from lay by down passed CPL (coal merchants) well over grown. No access for a push chair/wheel chair. Pavement going down towards CPL dangerous due to narrowness with the traffic going passed. This has been like this for months.
