Handrail broken off on steps

There is an alleyway at the side of 4 Strawberry Field,(circled on photo) which leads onto Southway. Steps have been made to allow pedestrians to get down the bank onto a footpath for Southway. The wooden handrail has been broken off, meaning that someone could topple down the bank from the steps. It is also very shaded and can be difficult to notice its missing, until the last moment. People rely on the handrail for support. The best access to these steps is from Strawberry Field.

Flytipping blocking public access
7th June
Large pile of flytipped waste on road and public right of way. Hazard to drivers on a narrow country lane and prevents public right of way into/out of fields. This forces people to walk further up the lane around 2 blind bends to the alternate access to field. The lane at these sharp bends is dangerous for pedestrians and made worse by another pile of flytipped waste (reported separately, I dont have ref yet). Both these piles of waste appeared at the same time.

Mattresses and beds dumped again

This house continues to dump their unwanted items outside. How many beds they get through I do not know!! A neighbour has reported it to the housing association many times and then it gets moved but a month or 2 later they dump more!! Not only is this unsightly for the people living in the road it is creating an environmental issue. The people in this house need fining because this is not a one off. Its disgusting and unfair on others that have to walk past or live near it!!

It has been parked here fir at least 28 days - blocking pavement - access to our drive way is dangerously bad to exit due to visibility It has MOT issues -brakes -windscreen -etc If I was driving it it would be towed and me fined - so why cant you take it to the pound -

Solar Speedometer Missing

There was a slate powered speedometer around here and its no longer there. Could have been vandalised and thrown in a bush like the one at the other end of the village. Worth investigating and replacing to slow people down entering the village at high speeds.

Pavement under toddler slide.
16th April
I wanted to bring to your attention a safety issue at the playground. The pavement underneath the toddler slide appears to be lifting. My daughter recently caught her foot on it and mentioned that it felt sharp.
I'm not sure how long it's been in this condition, but it does seem quite worn and may need replacing. Id appreciate it if someone could take a look when possible to ensure its safe for the children using the area.
