Double yellow lines needed for safety before there’s an accident
14th May
During peak morning hours, vehicles parked outside the Audi garage are causing significant traffic congestion, extending to and blocking the adjacent roundabout. This daily occurrence during the weekday morning rush is attributed to customers dropping off vehicles for service. The resulting traffic disruption, particularly impacting traffic attempting to navigate the congested roundabout, presents a substantial safety hazard and elevates the risk of accidents. To mitigate this ongoing issue and enhance safety, please can double yellow lines be considered on the road segment from the roundabout leading to the Audi garage entrance. The Audi garage possesses an on-site car park and by double yellow lining the area outside they would then establish a dedicated customer drop-off area within their premises, thereby alleviating the current dangerous parking by their customers. .

Traffic lights are unable to cope with the volume of traffic
10th May
Dear Sir/Madam
I understand that due to roadworks on the west side of Northway Circus there's a high amount of traffic. However, the traffic lights are unable to cope with the volume of traffic, leading to traffic blocking all exits. The Northway Circus really needs police officers to direct traffic, freeing the actual roundabout from traffic and therefore keeping the flow constant regardless of volume.

Road markings faded
10th May
Dear Sir/Madam
The road markings on the approach to the Hertford Road/Great Northern Road junction (from the east travellng west) is faded, making it difficult to work out how to position vehicles in the right-most lane, and potentially causing an accident by positioning the vehicle too far to the right into incoming traffic.

Change road markings
5th April
Alot of confusion with road marking here and alot of angry drivers and near misses. Lane 1 and 2 say A6129 and lane 3 and 4 say A414 and A1001. Alot of locals use Lane 2 to turn right towards A414/great north road. It makes more sense to change the road markings to Lane 1 A6129, Lane 2 A414, Lane 3 A414 or A1001 and Lane 4 A1001. This would follow the lanes in the roundabout better. Please investigate and change as necessary
