Neighbour always block my own drive
leaving hers free
My next door neighbour parks on my 9wn driveway amd leaves her free. This has been escalated to the police several timea, but each time the community officer comes out to speak to her, she pretends it is noted, let some time pass and repeats it over and over again.they are really neigbours from hell ( the type with serious antisocial behavioir, yet even council doesnt act on complaints from.everyone on the street, not us alone)

Handrail broken off on steps
20th June
There is an alleyway at the side of 4 Strawberry Field,(circled on photo) which leads onto Southway. Steps have been made to allow pedestrians to get down the bank onto a footpath for Southway. The wooden handrail has been broken off, meaning that someone could topple down the bank from the steps. It is also very shaded and can be difficult to notice its missing, until the last moment. People rely on the handrail for support. The best access to these steps is from Strawberry Field.

Pavement uneven
18th June
Pavement has previously sunk for whatever reason and when repaired instead of making it all level its just been relayed with a dip. This now means when elderly are using the market they are tripping into stalls. When spoke to highways inspector they advised to report and they will get it made level again

Foot/cycle path dangerously overgrown

The shared foot and cycle path in French Horn Lane, Hatfield is dangerously overgrown. There is insufficient space to pass one another when travelling in opposite directions without the risk of being pushed off of the pavement into the road. Can it be cut back, please. When I previously reported it a few years ago there was some confusion over whether it was the responsibility of HCC or WelHat Council, I hope this isn't the case this time. Thanks.

Mattresses and beds dumped again

This house continues to dump their unwanted items outside. How many beds they get through I do not know!! A neighbour has reported it to the housing association many times and then it gets moved but a month or 2 later they dump more!! Not only is this unsightly for the people living in the road it is creating an environmental issue. The people in this house need fining because this is not a one off. Its disgusting and unfair on others that have to walk past or live near it!!

There was a slate powered speedometer around here and its no longer there. Could have been vandalised and thrown in a bush like the one at the other end of the village. Worth investigating and replacing to slow people down entering the village at high speeds.
